User Agreement
Welcome to Wintr, a lightweight image creation tool focused on generating beautiful snow hand-drawn effects with one click. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and the developer of Wintr (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Wintr application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not download, install, or use the App. We do not collect any facial data, and this commitment is an integral part of our service and is fully reflected in all aspects of the App's operation.
All information is processed locally, and information is only retained on the user's local device. When the user takes the initiative to delete the information, the information will be deleted. Therefore, the app does not collect any facial data. This local processing principle is the core of our service commitment, ensuring that your data is always under your full control and never leaves your device without your explicit permission. We do not collect any facial data, and this principle runs through all functions and services of the App, including image upload, generation, preview, fine-tuning, and local saving.
By accessing or using any feature of Wintr, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions herein. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization or entity to this Agreement, and that organization or entity shall be deemed the User for the purposes of this Agreement. We do not collect any facial data, and your acceptance of this Agreement also acknowledges and agrees to our commitment to protecting your privacy through local data processing.
Wintr is a lightweight image creation tool that provides users with one-click generation of beautiful snow hand-drawn effects. The core services include uploading any image, generating high-definition snow hand-drawn works through image-to-image processing, previewing effects, fine-tuning parameters, exporting high-definition works, and saving works locally. The App features a clean and simple interface with an ice and snow healing style, designed for users who engage in creative photo editing and social sharing, enabling users to quickly convert an original image into a beautiful snow hand-drawn work. We do not collect any facial data, and all service processes are completed locally on your device to ensure the privacy and security of your images and related operations.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or optimize the App's functions and services from time to time without prior notice to you, including but not limited to adding new features, adjusting existing functions, and optimizing user experience. Such modifications, updates, or optimizations shall be deemed part of the App's services, and your continued use of the App after such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the modified services. We do not collect any facial data, and any updates or optimizations to the App will not change our commitment to local data processing and non-collection of facial data.
Wintr is designed to be fully functional without the need for user registration or account creation. You can enjoy all the features of the App without providing any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying details. This no-account design is intended to protect your privacy and simplify your user experience. We do not collect any facial data, and the absence of an account further ensures that there is no collection or storage of any personal data, including facial data, related to your use of the App. You are solely responsible for the use of the App on your device, and you shall ensure that your device is secure to prevent unauthorized use of the App by others.
When using the App, you shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and public morality, and shall not use the App for any illegal, inappropriate, or harmful purposes. You shall be solely responsible for the images you upload and the works generated using the App, and shall ensure that you have the legal right to use the uploaded images, including but not limited to owning the copyright or obtaining sufficient authorization from the copyright owner. You shall not upload any images that violate laws, regulations, public morality, or the rights of third parties, including but not limited to images involving obscenity, violence, hatred, infringement of portrait rights, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights. We do not collect any facial data, but you shall still ensure that the images you upload do not contain any illegal or inappropriate content, and you shall bear all legal responsibilities arising from the upload or use of such images.
You shall not engage in any behavior that may interfere with or damage the normal operation of the App, including but not limited to reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or tampering with the App's software code, algorithms, or related components; using plug-ins, scripts, or other tools to interfere with the App's functions or data; or engaging in any other behavior that violates the design intent of the App. We do not collect any facial data, and any behavior that interferes with the App's normal operation may result in the inability to use the App normally, and you shall bear all corresponding losses.
You shall properly protect your device and the works generated using the App, and shall be solely responsible for any loss, damage, or leakage of images or generated works caused by improper use of your device, failure to protect your device security, or unauthorized use of your device by others. We do not collect any facial data, and we shall not be liable for any losses caused by your failure to fulfill your device protection obligations.
We are the sole owner of all intellectual property rights related to the App, including but not limited to the software code, algorithms, interface design, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights of the App. All these intellectual property rights are protected by applicable laws, and you shall not infringe upon any of our intellectual property rights. You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or modify the App or any part thereof without our prior written permission. We do not collect any facial data, and the protection of our intellectual property rights does not involve any collection or use of your personal data.
With respect to the works generated by you using the App (hereinafter referred to as "User Works"), you shall be the owner of the intellectual property rights of the User Works, provided that you have complied with this Agreement and applicable laws and regulations, and that the User Works do not infringe upon the rights of any third party. You may use the User Works for personal or non-commercial purposes freely, and for commercial use, you shall ensure that you have obtained all necessary authorizations and shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom. We do not collect any facial data, and we do not claim any intellectual property rights over the User Works, nor do we use the User Works for any purpose other than providing the App's core services to you.
All data generated during your use of the App, including but not limited to uploaded images, generated User Works, preview data, and fine-tuning parameters, is processed and stored locally on your device. We do not collect any facial data, and we do not store any of your data on external servers or cloud storage. You have full control over all your data, and you may delete any uploaded images, User Works, or other related data at any time. Once you delete the data, it will be permanently removed from your device, and we have no way to recover or access the deleted data. We do not collect any facial data, and this local data processing mechanism ensures that your data is always private and under your full control.
You understand and agree that the App only processes your data locally on your device to provide the required services, and we will not access, copy, transmit, or use your data in any way without your explicit permission. We do not collect any facial data, and we will never use your data for any purpose other than providing the core functions of the App, such as improving the App's algorithms or providing personalized services.
The App is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we do not make any express or implied warranties regarding the App, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption, error-free, or that the generated User Works will meet your expectations. The effect of the snow hand-drawn works generated by the App depends on the original images uploaded by you, and we shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction with the generated effect caused by the quality, content, or other factors of the original images. We do not collect any facial data, and our disclaimer of liability does not affect our commitment to protecting your privacy through local data processing.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to damages to your device, loss of data, loss of profits, or other damages, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or other reasons, except where such damages are caused by our intentional or gross negligence. We do not collect any facial data, and we shall not be liable for any damages related to the collection or use of facial data, as we do not engage in such behaviors.
You shall be solely responsible for any legal disputes, claims, or losses arising from your violation of this Agreement, applicable laws, or the rights of third parties, and you shall indemnify us, our employees, partners, and agents from any damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising therefrom. We do not collect any facial data, and any legal disputes arising from your use of the App shall not involve any issues related to facial data collection.
We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement from time to time. When we modify this Agreement, we will notify you through the App or other reasonable means. If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, you may stop using the App at any time. Your continued use of the App after the modification of this Agreement shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement. We do not collect any facial data, and any modification to this Agreement will not reduce our commitment to protecting your privacy.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App and deleting all related data. We may terminate this Agreement and suspend or terminate your use of the App at any time if you violate any terms of this Agreement, engage in illegal or inappropriate behavior, or if we reasonably believe that your use of the App may cause harm to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination of the Agreement, you shall stop using the App immediately, and we shall not be liable for any losses caused by the termination of the Agreement due to your violation of the Agreement. We do not collect any facial data, and the termination of the Agreement will not result in the disclosure or use of any of your data, as all data is stored locally on your device.
